This is a beautiful TV it's true to the name Crystal because it's totally crystal-clear watching it

It's worth the money

I love this TV the picture is very clear and vibrant. I love watching hallmark movies and Netflix amazon prime. It has a lot of features  its so huge like im at the theaters.  All my friends and family love coming over to enjoy it especially  my grandkids.

i bought the tv to put in my bedroom it's  big and efficient. the picture quality is clear a the tv is easy to use. the only thing i dont like, is the fact that the volume is low but overall i'm very satisfied with my purchase.

My husband finally get to enjoy his Tv

I gave this tv a 2 star because picture quality was good. I have a smaller Samsung tv and love it but this 82 inch has given me the blues. This tv would rarely read the remote signal. The tv would make a stuttering sound and automatically shut off, like it was trying to reset itself. Then the sound would go out and I would have to turn the tv off and then back on for the sound to restore. This would happen throughout the day. This would happen since day one. Could not access the apps on the tv. Sometimes I could not adjust the volume with the remote I would have to turn the tv off then on before I could turn the volume up or down. Contacted tech support several times. This tv will definitely be going back. I received a defective one. I've had it for about 3.5 weeks.
