After washing my own cars for 45 years, I have to say that this product is the best so far. It's concentrated and very sudsy. And it stays that way till you hose it off. And you don't need to use a lot of this soap too. Not to mention, it leaves a new car shine. I highly recommend the Citrus Wash and Gloss car.

I've used many products from CG and I can honestly say I'm impressed. I've used the citrus wash and gloss car wash on 3 different vehicles and every time it worked perfectly. I use the extreme top coat to wax my silver titan and it always has a nice mirror shine to it. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

One of my favorites.

Love how much foam it creates with such a little amount of the concentrate. Makes it so easy to wash a couple cars and the shine without a wax is impressive. But add a nice coat of the classic paste wax and it looks like glass!

So easy to use with the foam gun

I scrubbed the GMC Surburban first with a soft brush and the citrus cleaner then I sprayed the cleaner on all soapy looking and hosed it off and dried it. Look really good considering the age of the vehicle and paint!

Amazing product on a very old paint job

Great soap that washes your car. And foams great. And leave your car nice and clean. With a nice glow after. And it will not let it get dusty fast. The car will looked just washed for nuch longer then any other soap out in the market.

I would buy it again.

Amazing product, this was used in the first wash of my new car. I used this, and it removed all of the grime and contaminants from the factory; as well as bugs and a clay bar finished with iron removal. I love chemical guys thanks for this great product you can use extra to remove wax and start fresh use butter wat wax after the wash.

Best ever for first wash

I purchased this shampoo because I had noticed that my Maxi Suds II wasn't doing as much lifting and cleaning as I thought it could. Turns out, after watching the soap information video, I wasn't using a strong enough soap (Maxi II is a little stronger than a maintenance wash, but not for heavy applications). So I purchased the Citrus Wash & Gloss, and what a noticeable difference between the soaps! Now, I'm not a fan of anything with citrus or high acidic levels, but when it comes to cars that I know do not have any wax or sealants on them, I'm completely comfortable with using this product. In the photo(s) shown, I had washed a 2009 (I think) Subaru WRX STi, using the CW&G, and you can see that the car does have a glossy look to it, even though the paint hasn't been polished since 2009. Also, many-a-bug had coated the front end of this car, and even after a pre-treatment of the Bug-n-Tar remover from CG, the dwelling time with CW&G had helped further remove the bugs and tar. This is a GREAT soap, and I'd recommend purchasing the gallon size as it is far more worth your money (rather than a bottle). The product does separate, so be sure to give 'er a good shake before use. I'm not going to mark down the rating because of this one issue, but, you NEED a pump to properly measure/pour this product. However, be aware that because the product is so thick, it will stick to the pumping tube itself, so you'll have a fairly gross pump nozzle and tube. Since purchasing this product, I have been able to get much more difficult contaminants off of vehicles, and with less scrubbing. The strength of this product is beautiful, and although it has the small/odd drawback of dirtying your pump, it'll give you great results with less effort, and your customers will notice the difference.

A Noticeably Different Kind of Soap

Keeps my Porsche Macan S looking great! Leaves my Porsche silky smooth...like glass. I use the happy ending purple towels to dry her off. Going to get another color for just the interior.

Amazing gloss enhancer and slickness when washing!

Twice had liquid products arrive with leaks, great products, but shipping to Colorado seems problematic. Good news, no worries about removing pesky foil seals, bad news, everything leaked (citrus wash and orange wheel cleaner). Ordered the acid resistant spray bottle which works much better than a steady stream provided with the orange wheel cleaner, which caused a lot of wasted product.

Great products, problematic delivery

This may be the worst car soap I have ever used. I bought a brand new car a few months ago and immediately put an expensive ceramic coat on it. I have only had to wash it once a month because of the coating. The paint has stayed perfect, but recently I ran out of soap so I picked up the Chemical Guy Citrus Wash and Gloss. 

I used one ounce with a 5 gallon bucket and followed the directions meticulously, Iâm very particular with washing my car. This soap left a VERY visible haze on the entire car, that i subsequently spent two hours trying to get off. It just refuses to come off. Itâs like it smears but doesnât lift. Iâm going to have to do a full isopropyl alcohol wipe down and hope to God that gets it off, otherwise this soap just singlehandedly ruined my paint. 

You can see in the pictures where i tried to clean a portion of the windshield and it still refuses to come up. Thank you Chemical Guys, for making this catastrophically bad soap. My advice to anyone reading this is that if you like your car, just stick with Meguiarâs Gold Class
