I use as another line of protection if something were to happen to my kid- the app could take me right to the car. Its ease of mind to know we also have towing as well. I love how it tells me if she slams on the brakes or is speeding. She thinks I have eyes everywhere.

Great, wish it was smaller

I have one of these in each of my cars and they are amazing. 
I get alerts whenever they go over a certain speed, so I can keep an eye on my teenage driver.  
I also use it just to see where the car is at any time so I know if my wife is on the way home. 
It proved invaluable when my wife forgot where she parked and I was able to pinpoint its exact location.

Amazing Product!

Be advised best to order online, as some Walmart stores may show they have this item but then can't find it. Good value getting the version with device and 3 months free service.  Setup was real easy, and does auto registration so no additional fee as some other trackers have. Expect accurate location results only after the unit has been in use for a day. Two dislikes: no live trail shows while monitoring vehicle movement (does provide a complete trip trail after trip is completed), and does not seem to show small movements as trips afterwards (like moving from 1 store to another nearby store.

Autobrain good, could be better.

For 2 days, the device is showing my car in move while it was sitting of my driveway. 
I called more that 15 times to finally get a customer care agent who said that I have to  unplug the devise for 48 hours.
There are similar devices in the market earlier to use a d sheaper.

Negative

This unit is using CDMA technology that has been discontinued; after dealing with technical support for a couple weeks after getting a replacement and no resolve, I've finally had a chance to open this product up (what's the harm, these things are junk) and came to find out that it's using a UBlox Lisa 200 chip that's only CDMA compatible with Sprint and Verizon but no longer supported as these companies no longer use that technology. — Thanks for the junk.

CDMA DEVICE (Lisa C200) Chipset

At first, your excited that you have gps and can track your vehicle, however after a month or so you will realize the ping rate of service is slowed down and the actual vehicle location vs location shown on the app are not the same. The included road side assistance is a joke. It is provided through a third party and every time I needed assistance, they either did not answer the phone, or said they could not locate my account. This caused out of pocket expenses of paying for the tows myself and waiting three months to get reimbursed from Autobrain. Autobrain customer service is lacking, my device stopped working, Autobrain sent the new device to wrong address. Sent numerous emails. Needless to say I just cancelled and called bank to block future debit charges. I would recommend finding another GPS service provider.

Poor service, poor ping rate.

Didn't work out of the box , never connected the app to the car unit . Look like the car unit is bad . Returning. Lost time 5 day. Seem that unit needs 2 or 3 day to sync and 3 outing , reset and tried again still didn't work. Returned. Thank you Walmart for making that so easy.

just didnt work

sucks that I can't use something I just paid $40 without having to set up a payment plan. and then if I cancel the service I get charged an extra $30 just for not returning the item. sucks. haven't even been able to use it and I wouldn't advice anyone to get it if all you wanna do is track your car's location.

Have to pay to use it after buying it.

I ignored the bad reviews and now I am sorry. It worked ok for a few days then started glitching. Called customer support and got run-around. Just checked with Walmart for return and it is not returnable. Now it is going to start charging my card after the free front months expire. And I read somewhere to cancel I have to return the device or get charged another $39 environmental fee. The chat support sucks. They have a phone overseas because of double ring then pause first week a lady with a foreign accent answered and now will not answer the phone ever. Just plays music. It also now causes lights to come on the gauges in dashboard of the car. It may have fouled my cars computer. I have disconnected and throwing in trash.
