This is a masterpiece. I'm now a mechanic and the ability to consolidate ALL THOSE CUSTOMER RECIEPTS and BILLS and EVERYTHING ELSE that you feel like you need to save really shows its value when you have your counter space back. Organization is no longer unfortunate and scatty. Its ALL on the cloud!!! Easy to navigate and wireless!!! I cant thank you enough for such an A+ product! Id like to add that I performed document production and conversion work for various companies that were contracted by IBM for about 6 years, and during my employment I used all kinds of commercial grade scanners, from fujitsu 5750's to (my favorite) the Bell and Howell Ngenuity that was $20000!! NOT a typo!!! This scanner outdoes that 20k scanner (from 2009-10ish) 4-fold! Were talking in speed, and were talking Image quality (DPI). But most importantly, were talking VALUE!!! The RavenScanner PRO seems like a STEAL for what you are getting for the price!!!! With cloud it keeps giving! This really is the best product in its class with flying colors! 10/10!

Definately a 5/5 product!

This is a great scanner. It is very well made and copies documents of all sizes from card size to paper size. You do not need a computer to scan documents, you can send them to a 
phone or upload them to the cloud.

Great Scanner

This is an excellent scanner, easy to set up and scans super quick on both sides of a paper doc. Its very convenient as we don't need to keep the copies all over. We can scan the docs, receipts, warranty info papers or any documents that needs for future reference and shred the hard copies. Less clutter in home or office. It connects through WIFI or through an Ethernet cable to network. Easy to configure the scanned docs to be sent to an email, move it to an USB drive or store in to Raven cloud where it can be organized for accessing from anywhere. 
We started liking it a lot but only one point is it is little expensive compared to the All-in-one printer that comes with a scanner. Honestly we shouldn't compare these two because this Raven unit doesn't need any computer to manage the scanned documents.

Excellent scanner

Raven has created a really great scanner. My father passed away recently and this scanner has been such a help to me forwarding documents to my lawyer and all the other entities one deals with when someone passes. I love the options on how you want your double sided pages to come through, if you want to leave them right side up and scan or if you scan them upside down you can send them right side up, you can choose to send them in color, black and white or grayscale. You can adjust the quality of the photos and documents and there are options right on the screen to email, fax, send to the cloud etc. Everything is touch screen right on the scanner, great screen, clear, easy to read and select your choices. The pages scan quick too, really quick so be ready because they will come through faster then old scanners. Very fast processing time from scan to recieved email. Pretty compact scanner, very light weight, extremely easy installation and instructions, its literally just a couple cords to plug in and the touch screen guides you through the rest. In the pictures I included, you will see the instruction sheet I scanned through in black and white, and the next picture is the screen shot of what it looked like on my email.

Double sided papers scan super fast.

So this little scanner is wonderful. Very easy to set up. I have never used a scanner before so I didnt know what to expect. When I hit the scan button it scanned it so fast and shot it out the other end. It was so fast I laughed. I was not expecting it and it flew right out on the floor. I thought wow that is fast and I loved it. Also it has a little Raven on the screen that has little jokes you can read. Awesome. I just love this scanner. Scans it and put it to the destination you set up. LOVE LOVE.

Raven Pro Wireless Scanner

There's so many cool features in this machine. My work area at home was a hot mess you guys... I'm not even kidding. All I had to do was scan everything into my machine and it was saved online to my Dropbox...SAFELY. 
I'm still going over all the features and I'm still finding new cool features on this machine. This lil beauty has made my life SO MUCH MORE ORGANIZED. I don't have that pit in my stomach when I need to find an important paper. You all know what I'm talking about AND I don't have to be at home either. I can look on my phone

There's SO many cool things in this machine

There is a lot to like about this scanner.
Setup was fast and you do need to connect it to your wifi or the unit will stop on network and not continue.
I tried to scan documents to a USB Thumb Drive and without a network connection you cannot do that.
The good news is that connecting is easy and the scanner updated right away.
I also linked to my Dropbox account which requires you to log in to the Raven Scanner website to complete.

How much space does it take up?

The unit is heavy/solid, very nice graphic user interface that feels like real class.
Width: 12 and 1/2 inches
Height with the document loader extended: 8 and 3/4 inches.
Front to back without the document loader on: 8 inches.
Front to back with the document loader on: 13 inches.

Extremely quiet! Scanning documents is fast, as in the paper passes through quickly, but it caches the data and continues to write the files well after the pages go through.

FAST - the scanned pages go through as fast as dropping a sheet onto the table.

I was impressed by the DETAIL when using the 600 dpi setting. Scan your artwork or sketches in high detail.

This scanner is amazingly easy to set up and use. It's crisp, clear lines make the documents perfect. I set it up with my mac and my windows laptop. It was a super fast and easy set up with both. It looks nice, it doesn't take up a lot of space, and it's quiet. This is a definite win!

I work as an accounting clerk. Working from home is difficult to scan documents and since I don't have an elaborate printer scanner combo like we do at work. Raven scanner is absolutely fantastic with that. Small enough to sit on a small desk and not take up a ton of room. The screen is all touch screen. Raven also gives you a free cloud account to store documents. This would even be amazing to help minimize papers at home. Scanning all your important papers on to your computer. School forms, bills and anything basically .

Amazing document scanner

You can only use this scanner if you connect it to the internet. What if you want to use it just as a scanner to a USB flash drive? No option whatsoever? So here is my negative review for a company forcing you to connect their backbox device to your internet. For something as important and document scanning, I would not want to use a device that forces you to connect to internet. Sad.
