The idiot obviously does not know how to adjust the collar. It works fine and there is no loop if you adjust it properly.

Its a good design. You just need to adjust it.

Very poorly designed. Does not have a closure. It just slips over the dogs neck and you then adjust to fit. The loop in where the tags go is a hazard. When my dog tried to jump up on things her foot would get caught in the loop. I threw the collar away the day after I received it!
