Cheaply made, felt very fragile. Wouldn't survive a low-cost airline past one trip.

Very poor quality for the money I paid. It is not hard shell at all. I'm very disappointed. I expected more for the money I paid. The aid was very misleading and I would like a full refund or luggage that's hard shell not hard plastic.
