I use this product on my eye waterline. It stays put extremely well and does not burn the eye. My eyes are very sensitive.

Excellent eye liner. Lasts all day and night and creates a smooth line that can be as subtle or dramatic as you want. I use the expresso liner with black mascara (I have brown hair and blue eyes) and love the look.

This is the only eyeliner I'll use, unless I've run out, which doesn't happen very often. It goes on very smooth and lasts all day. Darker colors are the ones I like for myself. I buy various colors to switch it up a little

I purchased the black smudge stick eyeliner. The color is good and intense, and it does glide on easily. I would not say that it is perfectly waterproof or smudge-proof, but pretty close to it. I am a fan of Stila, and this product does not disappoint. I would purchase it again.

The texture of the liner is very smooth and goes on with ease. It can be smudged, it can make a fine line or make a thicker line and stays on ALL DAY.

This has been my go-to eyeliner for years.

I would buy again , assuming it is not a faulty one

I bought the whole line of products from Stila because I love their foundation and concealer. Decided to buy this waterproof eyeliner too, but it has been the worst experience. The eyeliner is not waterproof at all... just sitting in my office all day without going outside and the eyeliner runs like crazy. You will have raccoon eyes without moving. The amount of product you get is minimal. I used it 3 times and run out. To give you a better idea, you get only the tip of the eyeliner as product. It doesn't matter how many times you twist the pen, nothing comes out. I don't know if it was a defected product from the start but I am so disappointed.
