Stunning Fixture…

Faucet arrived in great condition. Bold without being ostentatious. Feels heavy, solid, well built. Plumber agreed. More than adequate height and perfect reach to fill pitchers and big pots. Smooth, great action (handle) and flow/temp control, powerful flow without resulting in problematic splash. Sprayer, likewise, is powerful. Some people said this faucet would drizzle when sprayer is engaged - ours didn't.

I got this for a rental property and it looks expensive and works better for this price level than most any other brand! Highly recommend.

Great Value, Works Great!

Solid and nice looking faucet with easy connection to water supply. Straight forward installation. Ample space beneath spout for washing dishes.  Smooth side to side motion and no leaks.  The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the base that covers the counter holes should be made with somewhat thicker metal - it seems a bit flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Koehler product I have purchased. I bought it from the website which is very well laid out and easy to use. The faucet arrived with no book or installation instructions. No problem, It was a straight forward install. When I turned the water on the faucet drippped about one drop every 20 seconds. I ran it and cycled it but the drip was consistent. I called and got a repair kit. But then the handle fell off before the kit arrived. So  that makes 2 repairs in the first week of ownership. Not what I expected given the premium price point. It does fulfill on the “Bold Look of Kohler”. The customer service agent was excellent. The action of the faucet is silky smooth. It's rather like an exotic car. Looks great but requires a lot of maintenance.
