I have been using this facial cleanser for several years. I like the exhilarating scent, it makes my face feel cool and clean, and it cleans my pores. It also has a texture to it that helps exfoliate my skin. I would recommend this product.

Cool exhilarating facial cleanser.

I don't really care for this new formulation. What happened to “if it's not broken, don't fix it.”?  It's not as tingly as the old formula. It also doesn't exfoliate like the old one. If I knew (somehow) that the formula would be changing, I would have stocked up before hand. Overall, I'm not impressed!

Don't like the new formula.

I like this formula but nowhere near as well as I did the original formula from about 14 years ago and not as well as the very last formula.  One reason I loved it before was the tingling feeling and the smell which helped me wake up and helped my sinuses clear, all while cleansing my face well.  This formula just isn't the same :(

I have use this product for years because I have sensitive skin.  It did a great job washing all of my makeup off and help with breakouts.  
I really enjoyed the refreshing clean feeling I had when I used it and I really enjoyed the smell.

Now they changed the formula, by changing the color, smell, and feeling. Doesn't foam as much either.  

The Smell is awful! Nothing refreshing about it.      It doesn't clean, feel, or smell the same.  

I'm looking for a new product but change is a process.

I have used this face wash for over 13 years, i loved it especially considering I have very sensitive skin and allergic to everything
In the last year they changed the formula. And it is HORRIBLE. My face doesn't feel clean. I am breaking out. I even had an allergic reaction to it. They need the old formula back cause this new one is definitely not good!!

I used to love this product! It was my #1 favorite and I always had a bottle in the bathroom. Not anymore, I hate this NEW FORMULA. What once used to tingle when applied and smelled great, simply just doesn't anymore. I'm so disappointed in the company for making this change. I don't know why you would mess with something that was loved by so many people. Should have made this new formula an entirely different product or something.
