Yes. How long have you been using his product. Sometimes it take a minute for the product to seem like it is working, but trust me it starts working from day 1. I t took about 2 weeks to clear up my acne, but i have mild acne. So depending on your skin type and your acne severity it may take longer... Hope this helps
