Had to purchase a new washer quickly due to our old one dying. Bought this one because of the wash options it has. Brought it home set it up and washed four loads the first day. My husband's oily greasy work coat came out amazing.  My old washer was a plain jane, but so far I absolutely love this machine

Simplicity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for about 2 months and it has been nothing short of awesome.  It gets all my clothes really clean with so much less detergent than my old washer and uses quite a bit less water.  Has so many great features and I had had zero problems so far.  I love the 30 minute soak feature because I run a restaurant so my clothes must soak and you can set it and forget it.  My favorite part is that it does not beat up my clothes like my old washer tended to do.  I use a lint catcher to filter the water that comes out of the washer during the draining cycle and there is 1/10 of the lint in the water compared to my old washer and my clothes are not constantly getting beat up anymore.  It also spins so fast that my drying time has gone from 1 hr to about 35-40 minutes max now which saves me on time.  So happy with this purchase.

Easy to use, saves money on electric and water by using cold or tap water for most loads!

It's in my basement so it's fine, but if it was on the main floor of my house it would be terrible. Some of the cycles are very long and I avoid using them. I had to look up online the different cycle lengths and other info. This information should have come with the machine.

VERY LOUD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this machine is extraordinarily loud during cycle runs, vibrational,  and physically shakes a great deal during various spin cycles. This is not what one would expect with supposed advanced technology with whirlpool. My previous Whirlpool washing machine of 17 years  certainly did not perform in this manner. Certainly hope this machine holds up, as having a disabled parent whose clothing needs to be washed daily is imperative to our needs.

There is a loud bang every time the water valve opens and the spinning cycle could be quieter. Contacted seller Good Deals in Fort Myers FL. and they want to hear a recording of the noises. I bet that will make me a satisfied customer. Bought because I had faith in Whirlpool and Maytag. Now losing faith rapidly.
