We've had this washer for a few weeks now, and we're loving it! I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine. It is the best value I could find, packed with features. The drum is nice and big for extra-large loads. It has indicator lights to show how far along it is in the wash cycle. We love the auto load level sensing feature and the soak cycles. This is the first high efficiency machine we've owned. That should save on the water bill. I was worried about whether it would get the clothes clean enough,  but they come out nice and fresh and clean. I definitely recommend this washer. Absolutely the worst piece of garbage for a washing machine ever made. I have mine for 4 years I've had to have it serviced 5 times already. do not ever buy this piece of garbage

BIGGEST PEICE OF GARBAGE EVER MADE

We moved in 6 months ago & this washer was here. We don't know how old it is, but the start button is no longer working & we can't start the washer. We checked the fuse box, tried inserting the plug into the other opening in the socket. What now - get a repairman and how much will that cost or do we need a new washer?

No longer starts, pushed button and no response.

Like many other people have said this washing machine is horrible. It does not fill with enough water to get the clothes clean. You can't have low water on a top load washing machine. Even after using deep water I've pulled clothes out that still had soap on them and some that still had dry spots, were the water didn't even touch. Whoever created this one was out of their mind.

Have had this washer less than a year.  It is horrible! I cannot was a small load, large load with out it jumping all over the place and making a terrible grinding noise.  Have to stop the wash and pray it will finish.

Washer shakes violently. So violent that it broke pieces off of my wall. When it shakes violently the clothes or blanket is soaking wet and I have to run it through the drain and spin cycle again.

I haven't even came close to do utilizing the 3.8 so-called cubic foot of capacity that this definitely does not have. Dishwasher does not clean your clothes because it doesn't put enough water in it to let the agitator move the top close around, there Hass to be something wrong with the water sensing level. There is no way any engineer with design a product to work this poorly.

Washer does not wash clothes very well

As I've seen with many other reviews, this washer is incredibly unbalanced straight out of the factory. Even with a medium load of clothes and 3 towels fully balanced around the bin it manages to slam into the walls violently during every spin cycle and moves the entire machine. When attempting to wash one blanket the entire washer jumped 90 degrees.

Incredibly dangerous.
