Great product

The unit itself is good so far. exactly what I was looking for style-wise. it's trial and error with the water level, as the measuring cup provided is not big enough to fill to the non existant max fill line. I've been using it for a few hours and its produced a steady mist. the smell isn't very powerful, which is fine because all the oils that come with it smell bad (to me. I prefer sweet/floral scents). thankfully I had a few power supply adapters that fit the unit. the one that came with it was for European outlets so it's useless to me. for the price, I'd say it's average. the unit is small and the power cord obviously was an issue for me. not great, not bad. it's just ok.

wrong plug

A bit pricey for the quality and 2 of my 6 pils were leaked out almost empty.

But I'm sure it will work amazing

This was a gift.  The first diffuser was sent to the wrong address, state and part of the country.  Walmart took great care to get another one sent out right away.  It was received in time for our family Christmas party.  However, the box, containing a breakable diffuser, was not in a secure box and looked like it had been opened.  We received it with a mailing label on the top of the original box and one small piece of tape to hold it closed.  I would have given one star but it looks like all the pieces are there and I am hoping it works.

Terrible shipping procedures

I was excited about using the oils as a spy type environment for my home, however when I received it, the box looked as though it had already been open, and I was sent a plug that does not fit any outlet in my home. It looks like a European plug. I do like the oils

Read before you Buy

The diffuser is very pretty, but the adaptor does not fit electrical outlets in the United States.  Buyer beware!
