Yes, of course. One on each knee (awkward, but possible), or either knee (brace is unilateral, and adjustable). FYI - If this brace were right or left justified, or custom fitted, it wouldn't cost twenty bucks.

also states Measure around leg, 3 inches above knee. My husband can use this too, and he has very thick bones in his legs, a lot larger than mine.

It has Velcro on it and it comes apart on the back side 100% so you can it can fit large and small knees. I leg I would think is "big" Adult Male (not obese, don't know if 17.25 is extremely large) but it fit just fine.

My leg is a bit small so finding a well fitted knee brace can be difficult. I have tried different ones. The ones I hate the most are the bulky ones because when I walk, the other leg rubs against the brace and causes a lot of pain. The Mueller Adjustable Hinged Knee Brace is also a little bulky when you compare it to thin braces, but compared to other ones I have used, it's not bad at all, plus it is quite soft, so even if it rubbed against my other leg, it does not bother me at all. I was having some knee pain past couple of days, so this is a perfect time to try it out. At first, I thought it was a bit loose, I tightened it to the max and it held up well as I was walking. I wore shorts, so the brace was in direct contact with my other leg and it did not hurt at all nor did it bother me. It felt like it was stiff enough to support my leg, but not so stiff that I had trouble walking. I do have to say, I do have a bit of feeling of awkwardness walking in a brace because as it is giving support, it is also preventing me from big movements like bending too much. I guess you can also say that it is doing it's job. Regardless, the most important point is that I do feel some pain relief while wearing this knee brace as I was walking. The weather where I live is a little cold at this time, so the heat from caused by the brace is just fine, but I will guess that during the summer months, it might cause some sweating.

Nice Fit

I have never worn a brace and thought they were for people with really bad knees. I get a little stiff from time to time. I used the brace and I felt like I was no putting any pressure on my knee. I cannot even believe how much this helped. Rather than being sore for several days, I was feeling better in a day. 

The brace is very comfortable and did not fee bulky or strange on. Most of my pants are tighter, so this would not fit under my pants, but for some this may. I wore it outside my pants, even my jeans.

This is made in china. It can be washed on a gentle cycle with cold water.

I have a torn meniscus and  I really enjoy this brace. It's comfortable for my knee and has been my go to for a knee brace. Gives good support and wears out within at least 3 months but I do use it daily.

This is a very nice knee brace! It's adjustable from small to extra large just by moving the 2 side hinges to two different hinge pockets. You could wear this directly on your skin or over your pant leg. The velcro on the back is very powerful and does not bunch up. I like it.

The idea is great, and with the hinge, it has a greater support than the plain sleeve. The Velco strap is strong and the top and bottom are closed in opposite direction, it is secured. The adjustable hinge make it fit to most knees. With the strap on, it is stlll easy to manuever. The feeling is similar to the belt support to the pregnant moms, a better relief to the pressure and stress. Well made.

The Mueller Adjustable Hinged Knee Brace is designed to help those with arthritic knees, weak knees, or injured knees. It is advertised as a comfort fit and one size fits most.

This is a quality and useful knee brace that provides medial and lateral support. It is easy to adjust and strengthens the knee. Climbing a ladder, walking about and doing strenuous work poses no problem for this product. It helps – a lot.

Mueller advises that the neoprene rubber might result in skin reactions. This didn't happen to me.

The brace will stay in place for a long time without re-adjustment. Stooping or squatting will likely result in slippage, requiring re-adjustment.

Mueller Knee Brace - it will help your knee!

I have a bad knee and I am too young for replacement. Certain times I must wear a brace for support. Very hard to find a right fit until I came across this one. It has great support and 2 side hinges to keep the knee from hypertension. Wrap around design with Velcro closures. Has adjustable straps and is very comfortable. One of the best braces I have found. Helps me on days I need extra help.

Support...

This Mueller knee brace is meant to adjust between small and large sizes but unfortunately I found that even though it "should" have fit most everyone, it was just too large to fit me. If I could somehow have adjusted the "self-adjusting" cross pieces that would have helped but as is they are a superfluous bit of engineering. The design idea of pockets for the hinges is again a good concept, but not as functional as one would hope. So I did my best to adjust fit through the only option left to me, tightening the Velcro straps. But as I have to pull them too far to make it fit, there's not much room to stick them to, and then when I move the straps pop loose which defeats the whole purpose.

The Knee brace is probably about the best you can get. Just make sure you're not aren't at one of the far ends of the size distribution. The hinges seem most adequate and are well placed for stability, the patellar ring is appropriately sized and located and of comfortable material. It's not going to last forever but for most people it should be adequate to get by until your knee situation resolves itself.
I would recommend it for most people but remember it is not a Fits all sizes, so keep that in mind when you are looking for a Adjustable Knee brace.
