Bottle says 500 mg of Natural Cranberry Powder and you should be taking 2 capsules daily with a glass full of water.

I've taken these for months, and I think they work pretty well. I need a probiotic to keep me regular. They provide a lot of benefits for the digestive system, and the body as a whole. I like that this one contains prebiotics and cranberry, as well. I don't seem to have the bladder pain that I sometimes get when I take these. I tend to start hurting if I drink soda for a few days. These seem to help. I know cranberry is good for the urinaty tract. I don't know a lot about prebiotics, but I know they benefit the body. This is an easy way to get the benefits of a probiotic, prebiotic and cranberry in 2 little capsules a day.

I've been taking VH Essentials Prebiotic Probiotic Cranberry Supplements 5 years. Walmart has the best price on them! I can tell a huge difference in the discomfort I used to live with constantly! I've gone from monthly BV, UTIs, and yeast infections to having about 4 in the past 5 years! The only time I get irritated, nowadays, is when I've gone a few days without them. These supplements do take time to fully kick in, but don't give up! It's worth it if you have the chronic vaginal issues I did!

I was excited when I saw these and the good reviews. They are way cheaper than the brand I have been buying monthly so I thought I'd give them a try. I like that they have cranberry in them but unfortunately they did not work as well as the other I was using. They were good, just not for me.

Was hoping they would work for me

No wonder why it's inexpensive. It does nothing. There's always a reason something is cheap. Take this off the shelf because it's a waste. My situation was pretty minor too because I had already been to the doctor tested %26 everything my partner as well. Due to my partner throwing me off almost always I needed something natural like. These were a joke.
