Lg phone

Simplicity using this phone is an asset, once you realize the on button is on the back of the phone, no hardship. It does all the things in the same format as her old phone so it was a great replacement for her damaged taped together phone as there was nothing new about it to learn

My wife's Christmas gift  phone

Overall performance is ★★★★★ and I really like the Wi-Fi calling option. Only 2 issues that I had was the connectability to my Win10 desktop for image transfer (general failure to connect) and not being able to assign individual tones for text messages like you can for ring tones for specific users. Maybe in a future update. Since my phone was stolen along with my car and tools the other night, I will be replacing it with either this model or the next one up the line.

Poor Battery Performance

thought i was getting a t mobile phone (according to the paperwork for the walmart family plan). it is not. it's a tracphone. thought it would throttle down when you exceed your data limits. it does, down to ZERO. i can hardly wait to make the road trip to las vegas, go to best buy, and get another verizon phone! this will be making a one way kamakazee trip to the dump!

The Android OS version on this phone is buggy.  Messages cache must be cleared constantly to correct the problem of the wrong photo associated with the thumbnails within conversations.  Tap the thumbnail, and a previously deleted photo appears.  Conversations at times split into two different conversations from the same contact and phone number.  The default action with swipe-left is to Archive, not delete, conversations.  If the other party starts a new conversation, it is appended to the old conversation.   These problems have been reported using Help and Feedback, but remain uncorrected.  The battery is NOT removable, and the SD card must use the built-in caddy that holds both the SIM and SD cards and is very difficult to remove.  The phone comes with a tool to release the caddy.
