I really satisfied shopping at Walmart, either come to the store or through on line, because the price is cheaper than other stores but the quality is still good, also my online order came on time and in very good condition.

Excellent Service.

Only negative is that its very noisy when its refilling cold water.  Like reeeally noisy.  Seems to be a whirlpool issue because my whirlpool refrigerator is also very noisy.

Nice but noisy

I love the machine, works beautifully. Hot is hot, cold is cold. I have 2 issues that would definitely make me consider a different unit. First is the dispensing area is made for a standard glass. It requires opening the door and holding the pitcher. The other thing is, the water level alarm starts beeping at about a gallon left and is annoying as heck. I am afraid to use it after because the pump tubing doesn't go down that far and I don't wanna break it. You have to leave the door open for the alarm to stop and that's a shin hazard if I've even seen one.

Couple things but a nice unit

Followed all instructions, a week later and I'm still trying to get a hold of the company cause there is no cold water, only hot, even after turning the switch off on the back, just going to return it and find something else

The dispenser stainless door was delivered with a dent.

I ordered this item online and when I received it, the right side was damaged with a big hole. The water cooler was also dripping as if it was being used before.

 I ORDERED A WATER DISPENSER FROM CYBER MONDAY. I GOT AN EMAIL THAT IT WOULD BE DELAYED. ALMOST A WEEK GONE BY AN NOTHING. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR PRODUCT..

WALMART IS A RIP OFF!!!

When I originally ordered it, two weeks ago, I received a futon mattress. After waiting a week for the replacement item, the water cooler finally arrived.

Things I don't like about it:
the hot water button you have to flip

Does not work this is the second one I have gotten and it did not work. First one came on but wouldn't cool the water. This one won't come on at all it's dead. So frustrating

Did not work again

Not sure if it was shipping error, but I have had 2 delivered in the last week and BOTH did not work! The hot was perfect, the cold water never got cold. We followed the directions after unpacking, waited 4-5 hours to set up and plug in. I will say, the first item was shipped with the packing label ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX, which means it was most likely transported upside down! The second box was upright, no damage, but same issue. We let it sit upright after unpacking it for 5 hours, followed the directions to set it up and plug it in. Waited over an hour and no cold water. Hot water worked great. I give it one star and do not recommend buying online, not necessarily for the product, but because I think something happens in shipping.
