I have not had a chance to use any functions/features beyond the basic setup. This unit replaced an old Uniden model that was not holding a charge beyond 30-min. Besides that, this Vtech is much lighter weight. I have not found anything to dislike about it so far. Price was reasonable.

Very satisfied so far!

Have had this brand of phone for years now.  Our old ones finally wore out and again had to get another set.  They are a good price, well made and last quite along time.  Good for people that don't need all the fancy stuff.  Has what the normal household would require.

I have a traditional landline at home. I'm in my early 30s and don't know much about landlines even though I remember them as a kid, but these work with my copper wire line with my rotary phones and such.  The range is insane!! I put the main base in my basement, the signal goes out intro my massive backyard into the neighbors yard. I'm done with cell phones. These cordless phones are great for guests that don't want to be bound by a corded phone, or when you gotta use the bathroom. These phones are deserving of your hard earned money.

The range is absolutely stunning.

This V-Tech set is our go to duo.  We know we can get a good 3 years of use out of it, at the very least. Our last set started having battery issues. It stopped holding a charge and would shut off almost instantly when we picked it up off the base. So, we bought this one. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because they made the actual phones much smaller than all the years prior. It almost look like a kids toy now, that's how much narrower they are; and they took about a half inch off the length as well. Also, compared to the past 15 years that we have been buying this set, this new duo was a little more than $15 more. I paid almost $65 total (including insurance) for this set.. In prior years, I have never paid more than $45. But I did research others because I was willing to switch brands. While I did find some that was cheaper, we just didn't need the additional phones and I didn't want to forget where I put them. I was also waiting for this to go on sale but I couldn't wait any longer lol. All in all, I love the phones and would get them again. Hopefully at a cheaper rate!

One of the phones does not let you use speaker phone feature, plus same phone does not hang up properly.. Buzzing sound for about 2 minutes after you hit the off button..

I won't buy again!

The phone looks nice but the batteries right from the start do not hold a charge very long. That's why I replace my old ones that I've had for years because the batteries wouldn't stay charged very long and then I buy brand new and have the same problem look around for something different.

Poor battery life right from the start

My mother in law has had this exact phone for years and they finally bit the dust. I purchased new ones two different times and had to return them because they wouldn't ring but maybe once, if at all. We even had the phone company come out to check her lines. They were fine and he said it was the phones.

Purchased twice, no luck

I did not receive my complete order. I did not receive the VTEC phone.

after I threw the box away, people started telling me that they hear a humming after a speak.  One phone is worst than the other.

Not happy, interference

Pure Garbage. Volume  not high  and  one phone  backing  could not close  properly. I felt  it was used or  returned  to be resold.  Wish I could give  this rating zero stars
