Bought this for my elderly mother. The numbers are large enough for her to see easily and the clarity and volume of voices are very good.

An upgrade from our older Panasonic. Like the ability to block spam and unknown no phone number calls, intercom, sleep mode as we sleep in most days, and in the time of COVID the baby monitor is great for a checking on a sick or quarantined person. If you are thinking of getting a new house phone, grab one while they are still in stock.

the sound on this phone is nice and clear.  I have arthritic hands and I can use the buttons without a problem.  The only problem I've been having is when I'm talking I keep accidentally hitting something which is turning it off.  I have no idea what I'm touching in error, but I think it's probably because of the way I have to hold the phone against my ear.

I have no idea what the phones are like or if we are going to like them cuz they just came. The one star rating is for the condition they came in!!!!!! The corner of the outside box is wet and ripped and dirty and the inside box containing the phones is wet. also the air bags are flatter than a pancake!!!!!!!  Hopefully the phones are OK. Don't know how to put the pictures on here but I did take pictures!!!!!!

Disappointed!!!!

just received these phones and they won't charge.  after trying and notice they were packaged in 1916.  realized that the rechargeable batteries were dead. and not able to charge.  just not holding a charge.  I think these phones may work with new batteries once we can find them. went to Walmart and they haven't had rechargeable for months.  hopefully we can find some.

Complete piece of junk has an extremely loud and annoying hum when the dial tone is on. You can adjust the volume on the ringer, but not on the phone. The volume does change at times on it's own, but you cannot adjust it yourself! It's going back ASAP!
