I recently purchased the renewed or refurbished Apple AirPod Pros, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with a few aspects I of the product. Firstly, when the AirPods were shipped to me, they did not include an official Apple charging cord. Instead, a knock-off version was provided, which was not up to the same quality standards.

Additionally, the silicone earbud tips, which should have come in small, medium, and large sizes, were incomplete. Only one size tips were included, while the other two sizes were missing. This was quite inconvenient as the size included did not fit and this limited the options for finding the perfect fit.

Lastly, I was disappointed with the generic shipping packaging. As a refurbished product, I expected a more professional and branded packaging experience.

Overall, while the Apple AirPod Pros themselves are of good quality and provide a great audio experience, the issues with the charging cord, missing earbud tip sizes, and generic packaging were disappointing. I hope Walmart can address these issues in the future to ensure a better customer experience

Unfortunate shortcomings

They are ok not as loud as my original ones

I understand these are refurbished, but one looked like it had been run over in the mud and functioned like that too. The speaker in the right one (the one that looked awful) popped and buzzed, I don't know why they would have even tried to resell that. I basically paid for one working pod. Ended up returning it, I wish I had gotten a picture before I did…

Terrible condition

Left part doesn't work and charger doesn't work.

Zero packaging. These AirPods are not refurbished and give off extremely loud static. Unusable.

I really like the store but the product upon checking it refurbished but not to its best potential before re sale check product its working to his full potential.

It was in very bad condition, and filthy with ear wax, and very knowledgeable

Do not order from them!!!! I placed my order on Dec 1, a shipping label was created on Dec 7 and I still have nothing. It has never been shipped.

Never received it and talking to customer service wasn't helpful at all but my bank is taking care of it

i was shocked when my granddaughter opened her gift and it was completely the wrong item I ordered

I work at a *famous company named after a fruit* store and found these for cheaper than my employee discount could get me. They arrived a week early with every part of the packaging except for the wrap on the airpods and shrinkwrap. I ran a full set of diagnostics on them and they passed. I also found they were only about 7 months old, so still under the Apple Limited Warranty! 

Now this doesn't matter to me, but the pair I received seemed to have a weird journey to my hands. Opening the box I found a "Refurbished by Amazon" card, and checking a database found these airpods were sold by Costco. Does this impact my opinion of the product I received? Not in the slightest -- these are a steal compared to new Airpods Pro or even just Airpods (which retail the same price but lack ANC and transparency moods)

11/10 would recommend.
