I have been looking for a product to help me learn how to utilize my stepper that I have had in my home for years. In addition to the cardiac exercise class I take, I should reach my goal quickly of losing weight.

I love that there's not a lot of loud music. She makes it easy to follow. Talks you through each step then picks up pace.

This is a great workout for someone who would like to learn some dance moves or just bought a stepper and wants a fun routine to follow! 
Found a video that is enjoyable and not so fast paced I can't keep up.
The title says dance aerobics...it is dance steps put together to make a fun dance routine. 
Learned dances I can do out on the dance floor.....teach your partner!!

Absolutely Love This Video

This video is a great dance and step video for beginners! I have been doing step aerobics for several years and typically enjoy more advanced videos, but this is a great change of pace when I want to go lower impact for a day! And I still get sweaty! I really enjoy Nekea Brown; I wish she has more step videos available!!

Great video to help you learn how to step and to do dance aerobics.

Great video for beginner step & dance aerobics...

Not the best video but the trainer has a good personality and is very encouraging and upbeat. The workout itself is good- my muscles were stiff after the first couple of times- definately a good starter video that you can use to work at the intensity level that suits you. The moves and combinations she uses are good and she goes over them a few times too so that is a bonus for learning and moving on to more advanced videos in the future.

The tempo is not intense enough. Didn't feel like I really burned calories.

You can hear the instructor talking during the tutorial but once you get to the actual workout, you can't hear anything she is saying.

i bought this dvd to get back into doing some step aerobics and there is a group of people doing breathing exercises and yoga. somewhere outside with a guy sitting on stage. i was so confused...
