I bought this TV in February. So far I had no issues. My friends and family like the sound and image quality. The picture stays true even from different angles. The remote control is silver colored and flat, which I love. Has direct buttons to YouTube which is my go to app. The google interface works well. I'm happy with my purchase and I really hope it lasts, seems like its a high quality TV and pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with the unboxing experience: this was so easy and designed so that you don't touch the TV accidentally. You remove two white inserts and the box lifts off without needing to move the TV. The instructions make it easy to follow as you peel off layer by layer leaving you with the TV. The main thing to install is the legs and there are three positions to choose from, depending on if you have a soundbar.

The TV looks and sounds great. The picture is 4K HDR and has really good viewing angles. We used to rotate our previous TV when viewing from our kitchen, but there's no need here. The TV is also incredibly thin, it's hard to tell it's even there from the side. We don't have a soundbar so have been using the TV speakers. It sounds great with some good bass coming from just the TV and sound being cast around the room. You can really just use the TV speakers if you want.

The TV uses Google TV for its OS, which is my preference. I think it's the best current TV OS available. It has good recommendation, has every app we use, and saves what we watch. And for the screensaver, it shows our family photos.

Overall this is an amazing TV and I see us using it for years. It's a joy to use such that I try to find excuses to watch more TV on it.

This is an amazing TV

Ok… let's get this out of the way. Yes… it's a bit of an investment but as the saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! 

Picture quality is jaw dropping and I can honestly say I'm very happy my wife and I decided to make this purchase.  We are both enjoying movie time and even just watching regular tv in a whole new light! 
In addition to the tv being in a league of its own I am equally impressed with the Google TV as well as the remote that comes with the Bravia. The remote easily pairs with your cable box and has pre built buttons for DISNEY, YOUTUBE, NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO making it a VERY USER FRIENDLY TV UNIVERSAL REMOTE!   

Anyone on the fence not sure if your going to be making a wise purchase I can SAFELY say this Bravia Television has totally met and exceeded my expectations on what a TV can do!!!

After months of looking at this TV, I finally decided to replace my Sony A1E with this beauty. Price was costly, but I'm loving this TV. Great remote control, the sound and features are awesome. The picture isn't just beautiful, but amazing as well.

Easy setup out of the box get you watching Tv quickly. Great features of tweaking sound and video setting to dial it in. I use a soundbar but sound from TV is very good. The big feature for me is Google Play Store alt of apps to install to make your TV viewing experience enjoyable. Dose a great job of recognizing Sony products Example DVD and Soundbar with no problems. The remote is way better then older models it lights up and compatible to Cable box's to control them, it did for mine.Very Happy with this Sony A90L OLED 65" TV

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bravia XR Master Series 4K television set is absolutely phenomenal. The image quality is so clear and the colors are so bright. I wear glasses, but this TV makes me feel like I have 20/20 vision. Pictures of the television don't do it justice, it needs to be viewed in person. This set makes all the difference when watching TV and movies, it's like an entirely new viewing experience, especially in combination with Google TV. I really feel immersed in what I'm watching. Even the remote is high-quality. The remote has a lovely brushed metal texture, buttons that light up when picked up, and other buttons that lead to the most popular streaming services. I needed help setting the television up, so I recommend two people for set up as it may be difficult for one person alone because the TV is really thin and the feet are heavy. This TV really needs to be handled with care. It's a really impressive device and I couldn't be happier. This makes relaxing after a long day of work well worth it.

Phenomenal

The TV, image quality, control over picture, the ability to change things per input, sound, all seem to be amazing. 

The worst thing about this TV is the WIFI and GOOGLE. I cannot get the WIFI to work, it just won't. I have reset my TV to get it to work for a few minutes. I've troubleshooted based on many online guides that have had the same issues and the TV won't connect to the internet for more that a few minutes. The fun thing about that, is the SONY PICTURES (BRAVIA) CORE APP, can't work, because the it is impossible to connect the TV to the internet. The next is GOOGLE, I hate smart TVs, but that is the future that we are in. I think I should have a start up screen that asks me inputs and that's it, but for whatever reason, Sony wants to partner with a data-driven selling company GOOGLE. If Sony would care about their consumers more, they would just let go of Google and put better wifi connections in the tv. So, my tv will remain with the WIFI off, and that's the best thing I can do. 

Image though, so nice.

Great TV, wish it was DUMBER

I bought this 65" XR90J high end tv expecting Sony quality & performance. 
Unfortunately brightness was/is a struggle, used Vivid to get the most of it, all the other settings didn't help. 
Then  less than 2 months from purchasing it a vertical white line showed up on the right side of the screen triggering a replacement, what a hassle!
