As described(on smaller diameter side). Sealing well nuts included! Installing was easy & quick. Just need sharpy, drill with 1/8” bit for pilot holes, 3/8” for final holes. Then just insert well nuts. NO Sealant needed. Put in screws Tighten with screwdriver to a very snug fit. Thats it
