So far so good.  We bought this bed for our 25 year old daughter for Christmas. Today we packed her up and sent her back to her NYC apartment with her 22 year brother to to assemble the bed.  We bought the full size bed with 2 drawers.  All the boxes fit in our 5 door Subaru, they unloaded them, got them up to the apartment and were able to assemble the bed in less than 3 hours.  They said it went very smoothly and the bed seems very sturdy.  We are very happy with this purchase.

I would recommend this product and would buy again

Hayneedle

We are in the process of moving.  I needed a bed for a rental home that I could set up fairly quickly for my daughters coming for Christmas.  I started assembly with the help of my niece dropping by and within a couple hours had this put together.  Then I ran out and purchased a mattress and before the end of the work day the bed was ready for use.

Quick and easy

Had to replace an older metal platform bed when it didn't survive our most recent move and this was the perfect for the colors and feel of our new apartment. High quality and extremely easy to assemble. We've had it for about 4 months now with no issues!

Great Value!

Love the bed-- with drawers. However the multiplicity of boxes (each section comes in a separate box), one of the boxes of necessary  parts was broken and all those small essential parts  didn't have any diagrams  or list of what was included in that box. (too bad too bec at least my guy would have been able to go FIND stuff at a local hardware store). I called immediately and after a series of back and forth and phone calls between Hayneedle and the mgf,  we were able to get a duplicate shipment.  While I was told it would shipped FedEx 2 days.. it was shipped via USPS and showed up the proverbial 10 days later that was not helpful (and I mentioned that in advance).  Product is great providing that you get all the parts. I wish the mgf had talked to me directly. At least I would have gotten a list of what we needed specifically.. Otherwise GREAT storage and design. The color we chose was perfect. The bed design is very clean and contemporary.

Great design  but lost parts in transit

You can't beat the price, but the quality shows why the price is what it is. While putting the bed together a piece of white wood broke right off the side of leg. We also didn't have any slats with the bed and they were supposed to come with them. We ended up using the slats from one of our other beds. Then the following day we receive a box from Hayneedle with the slats. The slats did not come the day as promised and why they didn't get shipped with the actual bed set, I have no idea!   Pros- affordable and stylish Cons- quality is lacking, shipping delay

May be back but not for a bed

I received this bed in a full size w/ the drawers underneath. Some of the wood is lighter than other pieces, overall it seems to be an okay bed. I would recommend putting something under it to give it more stability. My order was also missing a hardware package which included the screws that we needed to put the bed together, so we had to go & purchase what we needed.

I most likely wouldn't order it again!

The bed did not come with the tall legs for the foot of the bed, the posts for the headboard also had the holes for the screws on the wrong side. Please let me know immediately how I can have these issues fixed as it is severely affecting my satisfaction with the product, and the email address given via email for questions was not working Thank you for your time,  Joshua Goroff

Parts missing and incorrectt

Absolutely disgraceful. Did not provide all the necessary parts to put together. Screws etc. missing!! I will never do business with Hayneedle again and I am going to be very vocal about others doing the same! !

Parts missing!

We had NUMEROUS issues with this bed.  We bought it with the 2 storage drawers.  The headboard slots that you put the sideboards into were not cut correctly to fit the metal hooks of the sideboards to use the bed at the highest level, which was necessary for in order  fit the drawers underneath.  One of the drawers had 2 cracks in it.  Lastly, the supports that attach to the slats that hold the mattress (up) were not the correct size and one was cracked.  The manufacturer said they do not have replacement parts.  My husband and I are pretty good problem-solvers, so we found a way to make the slots larger to fit the sideboards, but we are very disappointed with the purchase.  Also, the directions sucked!  HAYNEEDLE.COM did a good job making up for the manufacturer's shotty materials.  I am buying from Hayneedle again, but not this manufacturer.

Don't buy if you need storage
