One month review: I like my black Square bike. We have a small house. It is slightly larger than a PC tower. I keep it against the dining room wall and roll it out where I can see the living room TV.  I am 62 years old. with a full time desk-job.   I ride it 30" for 4x/week (setting 4 presently) while doing dumb bell weights for arms. After 30", I'm  ready to get off. [15" break] Then I do 15-20" of rowing, 4x/week. 45"/day, 3 hr/week...for a good overall body workout.  Something is better than nothing. Seat could be more comfortable - don't know how. For the most part, it is ultra-quiet. But, there's been a few times where I've heard a banging as other reviewers have mentioned. WalMart price was the best I could find at the time.

Practical, portable, spacing saving.

Like:
- Very compact. Easy to setup. Easy to move around (has a wheel)
- Easy to adjust height of seat
- Resistance is easy to change and can be enough to get a good workout

Disklike:
- After sitting on seat for 10-15 min, it can start to hurt and be bothersome. Docking one star for this.

Overall, I love the bike. It doesn't take much space up. It is easy to hide and store away when needed so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. It gives a good workout. I just wish the seat had been made with more cushion.
