The bike itself and features and online workouts are great. 

The only problem was that the updates to the latest version of iFIT software, which was needed to access everything, would fail. I wrote a message to support and they insisted I call them. I don't call people. Luckily, Reddit had the solution to and step-by-step process that the support used to email to people in less than a paragraph. I wish support would have just sent me that. 

But once I got the app updated and could access the online workouts, I enjoyed the bike. The workouts adapt to your capability and the bike automatically adjusts the resistance. Very happy, good price. Screen size is perfect! I don't know why the other models on their website had such big screens… I just use the bike in front of my TV and watch YouTube documentaries while I workout, so I wouldn't want a huge screen from the bike blocking my view. The small screen on the bike is perfect for starting workouts and viewing stats. 

Also, according to the manual, you're not supposed to leave the bike powered on when not in use. But there's no power switch on the bike. So if you have a difficult to reach outlet you'll want a power strip, extension cord, or I got myself one of those remote-controlled outlets for Christmas lights.

The seat is a bit uncomfortable, but I heard that's just an adjustment thing. I took measurements and found a gel seat online to help me adjust.

It's very heavy too, so if you're by yourself you may need to tear open the box and carry it in piece by piece.

It took me about an hour to put together. The instructions were written well.

This bike is FANTASTIC for the price! You still get the 7" screen for streaming your 1-year-free iFIT; other NordicTrack models with the screen cost about $1000 and up. I like to stream the around-the-world workouts led by trainers on their real bike in natural areas (something Peleton does NOT have). I had someone assemble it for me so not sure about the difficulty. The only downside has been the resistance, even at level 1, is a little higher than I would like, as sometimes I just want to pedal as fast as possible with no resistance. For reference, it is easier to pedal my road bike on a flat road than it is to pedal this bike on resistance level 1. Regardless, for the price and quality of machine, I'm happy with my purchase.

Fantastic Value

I absolutely love this bike! I don't have a huge space to put anything workout wise and this was the perfect size to fit in my office. I use it every night because the programs are so great, the first one I did was relaxing but had my sweating up a storm, the fan on the bike helped a lot with that haha. I love how you can track your workouts as well, It's nice to see that im actually getting better and can keep up with workouts rather than when I first started. The trainers really do help you get through the workouts, they push you and tell you to keep going which is great to have at home because I struggle not having a workout partner. The seat moves and so does the spot where your arms go, I love that it moves because its easy for my husband and I to switch out since he's taller than I am and I have short arms. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Amazing Bike!

This is a terrific casual or beginner bike.  Its not as sturdy as the ones in a gym, but its perfect for at home use.  The handles are a bit unsturdy so have to be mindful when standing.  The iFit studio is super cool and on my first live class, the trainer actually welcomed me!  

This is the perfect peloton-ish bike that is affordable and practical.  And, if you are like me, it will eventually collect dust and hang some clothes to dry!  But hey, it is 1/5th the price of a peloton.

Perfect at home bike

Bike is good price for home gym. Saw exact bike in Nordictrack website for 3 times the price. Love the screen and that it is interactive. Wish screen was a bit bigger though, but can’t complain with price. It is not heavy, so front side wobbles side to side when pedaling fast. When setting up, a screw in back where console is snapped. Ok, no big deal. Don’t think it affected stability or any thing else. Smooth ride on Day 1 with no noise but day 3 was cranking noise with every pedaling, which is ignorable cos I’m focusing on trainer speaking.  Saw other reviews on resistance being hard on low level. I have to admit it’s been over 2 years since I was on a bike, so I am finding it almost impossible to get to 80-90 rpm, even with me being fit. Maybe I will get better with time. Don’t be discouraged if app updates doesn’t happen. Noticed on day 1, tried again day 2 and 3. Called Nordictrack day 3 and the guy told me to press reset button. Though manual says there is a reset button but doesn’t tell you exactly where. After searching and calling my husband to help me search, there is NO reset button. Guy on phone was able to help with workaround and app updated. But he insisted reset button is on every bike but he doesn’t know where exactly on my bike, and admitted manual does not specifically say where because the company does not want to advertise it and people pressing it too much for little things. Huh??? Another thing manual says is bike auto shuts after some time of inactivity but that is not true. If I unplug from outlet, the whole thing resets and I have to log in to iFIT and set up like first time, which is frustrating. It’s been a week since using bike, but I worry about bike console being on constantly. I have a Nordictrack treadmill which has an off button and a Nordictrack elliptical which turns off after period in inactivity, yes granted that both were much more expensive than the bike. What I’m trying to say is the bike is not my first rodeo with the company. I do love their products and its trainer interactive lessons. That’s why I wanted a bike from them as well. But this bike certainly has its pros and cons.

Pros and Cons

Just received my bike today. It was delivered 2 days late. The communication regarding the delay was...well there was none. I actually was notified by FedEx the day before they delivered. The box looked like it had a rough trip. I have not opened and set it up yet, but I'm hoping and praying that nothing is broken.
