Bought this for my wife to train indoors, I think I may now have to get another one for myself. Seems very robust. It, did not come with the plastic bushings that fit into the axle mounts, I did not know I needed them as both our bikes fit just fine with the included skewer set (I bought a second unsure if I needed it or not). I'll call and get some sent One thing in the design that is fragile is the adjustment cable exit. If the magnet assembly is not tightened so it cannot easily tip forward when the bike is not mounted it flips over and jams on the base tubing and will eventually break. Make sure to tighten the mounting bolt so it cant tip easily, but can still be moved with some effort (for adjustment).

I feel this was delivered as advertised and works fantastically.  I use it on my mountain bike and the tires are tread so it is a bit loud, but works nicely

So I completely misread the part where this stand is only for bikes that already have a quick release back tire. I am disappointed of how my product came to me. There was already rust and hard water spot on the frame. One of the bolts was missing the lug nut to it. So disappointed in that aspect. I will also say that the directions aren't full photo and description for everything and the photos seem slight blurry especially with smaller images, which for me was an issue. Do I think this would have still worked and been awesome had a noticed the back tire exception? Yes, however just based on how I received my product is why I have written this review

Didn't work out

Like it but screen to small for poor eyesight.

Awful assembly instructions / pictures - can not determine from the pictures how things are supposed to be put together. 
Stuff put together is not plumb / straight, does not sit level on the floor.
resistance lever is not useful and does not work well - just change the gear on the bike thats sufficient

It came missing a nut.. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS!!!! it really made me upset when I got the package “every tool” was out of the bag and just roaming around in the box… and oops one nut in the bag.. what sense does that make..? Please do not waste your money on this…

MISSING “TOOLS”

Absolute junk. The instructions are horrible. Had to look up a random video for a different trainer on YouTube and look at it over and over. The resistance dial is cheap plastic and didn't work...AT ALL. If my puppies hadn't chewed up the Styrofoam, I would've sent it back. Spent so much time and energy trying to set it up.....also front tire holder isn't sturdy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
