Shirley, the pedal straps have several holes that can be used on the pedal itself. Snap the
three hole end of the pedal strap to the inside edge of the pedal. Snap the other end to the outside edge of the pedal  Select adjustment holes which allow your foot to be easily removed from the pedals.

I have severe back pain and I have to lose weight. Due to Coronavirus, I'm unable to go to my gym. I truly love the Stamina Cardio Exercise Bike. Me and my children are able to Exercise at home. My back does not hurt when I work out. The bike is sturdy, my husband assembled, I love the cardio status after work out and when not in use, I can easily fold up and put away. Excellent Purchase!

Great Investment for Stamina Cardio Exercise Bike

Love this bike easy to put together took me about 45 minutes. It's exactly what I wanted folds up under the bed or in a closet. Shows calories burned And much more. The price was amazing!

Great bike unbelievable price

I am 5'9" and 250 pounds.  This exercise bike was cheap, easy to assemble by myself, very sturdy, and a great workout for the price.  It tells you things like distance, speed, calories, etc.  It gas a place to set your water bottle and your phone or tablet.

Very Sturdy and Easy to use and assemble

Very comfortable bike. If you cannot raise your leg enough to enter through the frame, you can do it from the back. 
There is a place for your iPad. You can sit on it to make your torso exercise.
When I am not using it, my 11 years old grandson tests his strength on it and measure his hear beat afterwards.
Go for it, even if you think that you may not use it after the confinement,

An extraordinary cheap bike

This exercise bike has everything I was looking for! The price was around $99 which was awesome! The directions were easy to read and assembly did not take very long. The seat is wide and comfortable. The bike has a dial to change the resistance. The digital screen makes it easy to see your time, calories, distance, and heart rate.  The bike does not take up too much space. It is easy to move. My family members fight over this bike. I am going to buy another one! Overall, great exercise bike!

Perfect little exercise bike!

The assembly was easy enough I love the size the fact I can roll it away it works perfectly. However after pedaling  about 50miles there is a knocking that I believe is going to be in the retention band that I cannot get to. I have looked at everything I can look at and the knocking will not go away. Other than that I love this bike
