Great way to add an extra weight to your Bowflex System. The description and picture on this site are horrible. The two rods have a block with groves attached to the bottom, this is made to slide on to the back of the rod block. Has a plate to screw the rods to the system. Makes the system increase by another 100lbs. Make sure your system has the groves on rod block, from what I understand not all units have the slots. Works great and like the extra weight for squats. See attached picture

I just installed the 410 pounds upgrade on my Bowflex machine. It was fast and easy to install. It took 10 ten minutes! Took two screws out of the bottom, slid the power rods in the notch at the back of the machine, then screwed the plate to the bottom of the machine. I own the Extreme SE machine and this was a great way to add weight! I highly recommended.

This was a good stuff but they charge me for fast delivery and it take the same time like it was free delivery that is so sad they charge you for a service and you did not receive it .

Just what I needed - These can be added to increase from 210 to 310 also which is what I did on My Blowflex Exceed. Used these because the rods by themselves weren't available when I wanted to increase to 310.

It would be helpful if the page has more info about wether or not these poles need the block, and if it comes with the block to slide in the back grooves of the existing Power Rod Block. Maybe just a picture of it would be helpful.

These are way overpriced by Bowflex.  They now sell  most all their gyms with only the 210lbs so you will need to upgrade in time.  I like the Bowflex effect on my excercising for my age and goals.  I tried a used one as was pleasantly surprised what it did for me so I purchased a new Xceed and found that Walmart sold these for less than Bowflex, Amazon or anywhere else after you figure in the free shipping.  DO NOT PAY those other places the $188  they want per set it is a rip off.  Buy them from Walmart no matter where you buy the gym.

Exactly as advertised, the extension fit perfectly into my xceed. No locking screws were included in the packaging.

Added what I needed.

As ordered, except the screws to mount the extension to the rod box were too small in diameter so had to use the old screws it said to dispose of, so dont be in a hurry to throw away the old screws till you check out the new ones.
