I really enjoy this product. It keeps my hair feeling fresh and smelling amazing. It has a coconut smell to it. It does keep my red vibrant and does not have my dye going down the drain as I am washing it. It is big bottles so it lasts a while. I paired it with the lamination spray.

Salon feel

My package arrived earlier than quoted which is amazing, but it arrived in a plastic bag with one of the lids destroyed. Paid way too much for crappy packaging and destroyed lid.

Missing half the order!!!

I typically buy this shampoo and conditioner from a salon, but thought I would give this a try. I won't do that again. This smells nothing like what I get from the salon, and the bottle feels like thinner plastic. I don't believe this is authentic Matrix.

Possibly Counterfeit?

I only received the shampoo. I emailed the seller 4 times only to get back the same automated messages. This is getting returned.
