I have been using this moisturizer since high school and that was 10 years ago. I never struggled badly with acne. Of course I had my fair share of pimples and breakouts but nothing like what others have to struggle with but when I was first using skincare in high school and had no clue what to buy, I got what I knew worked well for a girlfriend of mine and ever since then I haven't switched up because it has prevented, at least what I think, the majority of the acne I could've potentially had throughout the last 10 years. I give it 4 stars because it's 2023 now and ingredients in products can definitely change and be better!!  Other than that, I only have good things to say!

I like how this product is fragrance free. There is no way to accidentally pump out product with the new packaging. Love how easy it is to apply. A little bit goes a long way. Great new formula.

The new formula is awful. I have used this product since 2001 and have loved it. Not only is the new packaging lacking a pump, but the new formula feels greasy, smells bad, and is irritating my skin.

My daughter and I have used STEP ONE for YEARS because it WORKED! We EVEN still purchased when the price nearly doubled over the years, because it WORKED! There was no reason to change a formula when it was working.  :(

W H Y!?!?!?!

The new formula is TRASH. I've been using C&C Dual Action for over 6 years and it was my holy grail. The new formula doesn't absorb well, smells terrible, and I started breaking out within days of using it. I'm absolutely frustrated that they 'updated' something that didn't need updating. At least they could have developed a new line and left the old formula for the loyal customers. Currently looking for a replacement, but it hasn't been great. :(
