Assembly

I did lots of research before buying a car seat for our child, and this one was the best option! Our child is comfortable in it as well. We've had it a year and it still looks brand new, even after several trips to the park, airport, grocery store and many other places. Easy to install with the base, and easy to use without a base (although the base is SO convenient). No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

We are due with our first child this spring and after doing extensive research on many of the top name car seats on the market we decided to purchase the Chicco Keyfit Infant Car Seat.  With input from friends that also have the car seat and are using it with their infant children it was an easy decision.  The Chicco Infant Car Seat, in addition to being extremely comfortable for the infant is incredibly convenient and easy to install.  Its compatibility with the Chicco stroller was a huge selling point for my wife.  The seat also "clicks" in and out of its base with ease so rather than having to spend money on two separate car seats for our vehicles we purchased an extra base at a much lower cost while avoiding the struggle or properly securing a car seat every time we need to move the car seat between vehicles.
