I could not be happier with my 28" griddle cooking station I absolutely love it. I even use it to cook breakfast, perfect for eggs and hash browns and bacon.

when i watched bruce Mitchell from swamp people using his and after reading all the other reviews it made me want one. Its very durable and very well made. If you have back issues like i do i would recommend getting help lifting the griddle. Id also recommend seasoning the griddle more then what the book says i seasoned mine only 3 times and need to reseason it food still sticks. Other then this i love mine I've had it only a week or two now and I'd recommend this to anyone awesom product.

Great buy

Very easy to assemble and use.  Food cooks evenly, much better than any charcoal or gas grill I have ever used.  Great product and I would highly recommend this griddle.

Blackstone 28” Griddle Cooking Station

I have always loved a griddle but doing it outdoors has made it even more fun.  I have seriously cooked on it everyday for the last three weeks.
It works great if you just treat it like a cast iron griddle.  No soap, and season it right the first time and it is awesome.
I had an issue with my pressure regulator so i called customer service.  They were very polite and helpful.  Turned out i was just turning on the bottle too quickly so i didn't need anything but they said if that didn't work they would send replacement parts right away. 
 If you dont have good wind protection i suggest the wind guards they made all the difference.   Also some kind of cover is important.   We dont get much rain but if you clean it and oil it property between use it still needs a cover to keep it from collecting dust, rust and in our case cat hairs.
All the covers were out of stock so i had to make my own.

Well made, built in USA product!

We gutted our kitchen and were having to eat out every day until we bought this griddle. We have cooked bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast, hamburgers, sautéed veggies with shrimp, sliced sausage and more! If the griddle is level, the grease flows right into the drain pan. It is easy to clean. I also ordered the Blackstone spatula and scraper set.

Wish I had bought sooner!

We gave this grill to our son for his birthday. To say he loves it would be an understatement!  He received the gift got a propane tank, put the grill together, and grilled on it all in the same day!  He loves the way he can grill different things at one time. Thank you, Blackstone,  for this great grill!

Perfect Gift

It's awesome!! I love everything I've Cooked on it and four friends have bought them for their husbands since I got mine 3 weeks ago!!

Cooktop is a little bit bowed while cooking when the surface heats up. Would have preferred more even heating on the surface.  Shelf underneath is very convenient for storing tools. Took an orbital sander to the top with 200 grit. Helped with the nonstick

Good griddle.

I was excited to get this and start using it! Very easy to assemble. I followed the directions on seasoning with oil but after only 3 uses I had huge rust spots on the cooking surface that were flaking everywhere. I cleaned the top and tried reseasoning so we shall see how that goes.

Easy assembly but rusted after a few uses

When I took it out of the box , I assembled it and noticed the knobs were installed upside down and it can't be adjusted. It's a factory defect and I need another one sent.
