I've been using this test system for years and it works great.  Performing the test is simple and straightforward if you follow the instructions.  The instructions are well illustrated so that there is no confusion.  The instructions are always available online in case you misplace the printed copy.  The kit does not include the blood collection (lancing) device, which you will have to purchase separately.  I recommend one of the more robust lancing devices as this requires a bit more blood than the finger-stick glucose and ketone testers.  Multi-test packs need to be kept refrigerated between use and allowed to reach room temperature before performing the test.  Results correlate well with tests done by professional labs such as LabCorp and Quest.

Received in a plastic / tyvek envelope. Box crushed / banged up, but parts survived.

Opened box today and found NO DIRECTIONS IN ENGLISH. I would suggest you avoid at all cost as I am now having to return at my expense and will be contacting my CC company to dispute.

Instructions complicated. Stopped working after 1 try. Cannot return to Wal-Mart Even though bought thru Wal-Mart. Can only return for outrageous price cost directly to shipper. No label for return ! Had to call manufatpcturer for label! Do Not Buy!
