Black Flower Cane

This is my second Carex cane, I love my first one with the T handle so I figured I' try something a little fancy.
The handle is thin foam and looks like it wouldn't offer much protection.
No matter how much I tighten the screw ring at the bottom, the cane still makes an awful rattling noise.
This cane looks and feels too fragile
I have set it aside and going to return it this weekend.
