Nothing else works for my extreme headaches but Excedrin Tension.  The period of time when they pulled Excedrin products from the shelves put me in panic mode.  I have had prescription migraine medicine that did not help me like these.  They work within 15 minutes or so and have never failed me.  I carry them in my purse, car, at home, and at work.  Won't be caught without a supply!

Absolute "Go To" for debilitating headaches

I work out several days a week, which unfortunately can occasionally leave me with a tension headache and soreness around bedtime and make sleeping difficult. I had been taking aspirin or Tylenol here and there even though I prefer Excedrin for headaches (the regular Excedrin has a bit of caffeine, which helps immensely with headaches but not sleep). I don't know why I didn't think of Excedrin PM sooner! Last night I had the perfect opportunity to try it out. Headache was gone within half an hour, and in another half an hour I was sleeping like a baby. I wasn't groggy in the morning, either. I get the absolute worst tension headaches with that forehead tightness and pain at the back of my neck. It's really rough. Makes everyday tasks seem so much harder. I have used Excedrin Tension Relief several times now and it has helped clear up my pain all but once! That ended up being more sinus issues. Lol. I love this product before I discovered It many years ago, I thought there would never be relief for my demobilizing migraines. I Thank God for excedrin trension.

Great helper

Working on a computer for several hours a day, or staring down at my phone for work or while at home can often result in a headache and tension in my neck and shoulders. Mostly, if I do not use my reading glasses while i am on the computer for more than an hour it will cause a headache. I had recieved Excedrin Tension Headache and gave it a try. Within 25 minutes the tension in my shoulders felt so much better that I realized I didn't have the pain anymore from the headache as well. I am a little hesitant to use it too late at night since it contains caffeine, and I have been caffeine free for 7 years. However, I did not feel any affects of the caffine when I took it so that was really nice since the caffeine content is rather high. I had not used this product before but was pleasantly surprised as to the outcome. I would use this product again when in dire need, only because of the amount of caffeine it contains. Works when you need it

I had a headache that was so strong, other pain relievers did not help, just when I was gonna call it quits a co-worker offered me some Excedrin migraine and TensionHeadache. I was feeling back to my self and it allowed me to finish my shift. Going to purchase today.

I have tried so many different medication to help with my headaches and this one always gets rid of them. I would honestly give this more than 5 stars.

With the Excedrin Tension medicine you take 2 pills every 6 hrs but do not take more then 6 pills with in a 24 hour period. I've been using the Excedrin for a little over 2 weeks when my stress n tension headaches arise n I have to say they are amazing. I've been suffering with stress n tension headaches for about 2 years now n have tried a ton of other over the counter medicine but nothing worked as awesome as the Excedrin does. With the Excedrin my headaches barely came BK n if it did it didn't come back for about 6 to 8 hrs unlike the other medicine my headaches came BK with in an hour or so. If you suffer from stress or tension headaches Excedrin Tension medicine is the way to go I totally recommend it. Excedrin Tension

I spend long hours at the computer doing reports for work when I am out on the field. Before I found EXCEDRIN TensionHeadache Headache, I would just have to deal with my TensionHeadache headaches w/an ice cold water bottle or an ice pack on the back of my neck. But that old tired routine is a thing of the past. Two pills is all it takes and I am feeling relief. I always have a bottle in my truck and a bottle at home. The best by far TensionHeadache headache relief ever.

I normally go to excedrin before any other meds. They work pretty fast and I have no complaints. Love that it's HSA eligibile for those with health insurance debit cards.

These worked, they did. But it took awhile for it to kick in. Like an hour or hour in a half. It didn't really make me sleepy but sometimes thats a good thing.
