After using my new Akaso in Hawaii for what I hoped would be awesome snorkeling shots, I am convinced there's no reason to spend big bucks for a GoPro. Maybe for some extreme uses, but not for the type of uses I envision for a sports action camera. No way would a GoPro yield video any better than what I get out of my Akaso.

Great camera, great price

I love this camera. I got it just before a trip to Roatan. I took it snorkeling and got beautiful video. Had it 60 ft down diving and got great video too. Since I had just got dive certified I was new to the underwater scene so I have a lot to learn about underwater videography, but I was quite happy with the camera. I plan to get color filters for my next dive trip. This is a very small camera so it doesn't get in your way as you enjoy the scenery, but you want to make sure you attach it to your BCD. My only issue was that the video recording light was a little hard to see, especially in the shallower water where there is more light, it was hard to tell when it was off. Can't wait to get in the water again with it.

BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!

I bought this for my 9 year old son to record while on his 4 wheeler and for other reasons. The price was great and the picture/ video were clear. He loves using it.

This camera is great. It came with all of the advertised accessories, including 2 batteries which is great.  We got it for my daughter's birthday and it seems to be a great value.  Great picture. Easy to use. I love that its waterproof and the remote control is a great option.  Just make sure that you have a micro SD memory card so you can begin using it right away.
