I just purchased this a day ago as a replacement for the TCL LX that was an ok phone. But this works so much better. I only made a a couple phone calls they came in good I heard the other side fine with no problem. The performance is fast with the web browser and social media apps. The camera takes fairly good photos in fair lighting, in low lighting and darkness pics will get grainy but surprisingly not terrible I shot a picture of my kitchen with just a night light on at night it looked not bad. The speaker is nice and loud doesn't have stereo speaker sound but was good enough for youtube and netflix. Storage isn't great 9 gbs out of 16 but you can add as sd card and move most apps to it and still have plenty of space. Battery last all day especially if you use battery saver. It uses micro usb instead of type c but that really isnt a big deal. It supports fast charging I have read online I haven't tried that out yet but I will so if you have a fast charger it will work on here. Overall its a good phone for someone who uses social media a lot and watches youtube. Only minor thing is the cameras, but still they aren't that bad just not an iphone or samsung.

Bought this phone a month ago. Was so happy that I easily transfer pbotos, contacts and other info from my old phone to this phone automatically. No manual inputting of contacts and phone numbers.

There are some pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons. There is no type c charging. Camera's aren't the greatest. Only 16 GBs storage, 2 GBs ram. But I haven't noticed anything terrible about the phone. Social media works great, all apps are pretty fast. Camera's will take good pics in fair lighting in dark lighting they will get grainy. Call quality sounds good and clear. Speaker isn't the loudest but loud enough to hear YouTube and videos fine. You can add an sd card and move most apps to save storage I haven't had any problem with storage as long as you don't download tons of apps. Overall a good phone I would recommend it. I mean it's 100 dollars you can't expect too much from it but it definitely does the job and then some.

I really like this phone-- this brand overall has been very sturdy, compared to other brands, and the only reason why I buy new LG's at all is because I want a new phone every year.  I like the size, and it is user friendly, although the battery life could be longer than 15 hours (such a first world problem) THere are a lot of updates initially, but other than that it is manageable. Straight-talk has great customer service and their chat feature is awesome.  If you're on the fence about switching from those "other" cell services, it's been 4 years and I'm still obsessed

Great phone for the price, still love the service

Right now I don't like it very much.  Maybe I'll like it better when I get used to it. I've had an iphone 6 for the past few years and I liked it except it was too small. I'm 80 years old and I had a hard time reading it. I don't like all the ads that pop up all the time and I can't find a way to get rid of them.

Battery life is way lower than listed. I use my phone for email and text. No games, no movies. I have to charge it every day.

Battery life is very short

I absolutely love this phone, its one of the reasons I selected it when I decided to order a phone through Walmart.com. I was even more surprised to see that my package arrived 2 -3 days ahead of schedule. The Fed Ex (young gentleman) was the driver who dropped off the package and threw it at my steps (there is a note on the door asking to place packages inside the door) I noticed the box was really dented in as well on the right bottom side of the package too. I unwrapped the phone and charged it up per the instructions and when I turned it on it sounded like a constant busy signal, when you make a phone call, only one problem I had only set up the WIFI and my gmail account on the phone at this point no phone calls had been made the dialer app hadn't been gone into yet, can we say malfunction much!!!! I was extremely angry and still am!

Angry and Disappointed

I received this phone after waiting...ordered a matching case and screen protector as well. Went to activate the phone, and was told it was never "scanned", therefore it could not be activated. When I called (as the phone was ordered online and paid for with a debit card) I was told I had to return the phone, wait for it to be "scanned" and returned to me or wait for a refund. This is unacceptable! I should not have to wait for over a month for a phone that has been paid for to actually work properly!
