Yes, this unit can be folded for storage .

the instructions say it does, but i havent been able to make it do it, but it has a small footprint so i just drag it into the corner

Yes, we live in an RV and folding for storage is mandatory....it&#39;s perfect!  Not so large as to take up half the room, but large enough that my 6&#39; husband and I both can use it...

There is an adjustment knob to tighten/loosen the belt, but it did not seem to do much, so the answer to your question would be no.

There is no control of speed except for how fast you walk.  It is manual and works great for us.  Husband walks fast so it has no problem keeping up with him, whereas I walk super slow and it fits me perfect as well.

It is not completely silent, but makes no more noise than regular walking across a floor.

Does this treadmill have an adjustment device to control the speed / pace that you walk or how fast the belt turns? Thanks

This unit is recommended for walking and at most a light jog, it is possible to run on this unit you would just need to at all times hold on to the handlebars.

I think so as long as you hold on to the hand rail for support, or if you have really good core. The belt stops immediately if you stop.

It is good for running the only thing is that since it is incline it makes it uncomfortable for me on my feet to run. I&#39;m 43 years old but I think maybe any younger person won&#39;t have my problem.
