How much the bars weight and are they both together make 40 or each are 20lbs to make 40lbs?

Analyzing the images, the inner diameter of the plates (and the bar) is the standard 30mm. The sleeve appears to have a diameter that tapers out from 35mm to a maximum of 40mm.

What is the diameter of the sleeve? how big is the hole in the middle of the weights?

These are a great value for the price! Weights are easy to switch out which offers a good variety of weight options.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE!

I think considering the pandemic it is a great value for money since every other manufacturer has hiked their prices. I use it as 15, 20, and 30lbs. All work fine. The only complaint is the grip is too rough for me. I have used a little less rough grip before and this imprints on your hand if using say 30lbs.

Very nice. Came in it's package well wrapped and nothing looks used or broken. Completely plastic. Although, the handles are spiky and it hurts the hand after a while but nothing that some rubber can't fix.

love that i can chance the weight on these and that i can use the additional plates for hip thrusts along with kthwr exercises. im unsure about weight, i do have regular 5lb dumbbells and these feel a little lighter than the 5lb dumbells

I've been looking for a set of weights for a long time. I considered kettle bells but I didn't think they practical for my personal everyday use. These dumbbells are exactly what I needed. Versatility for different exercises and strength enhancers along with the ability to increase or decrease the weight for each particular movement.

Awesome set

A little pricy at $80. The description doesnât say this, but theyâre plastic and filled with sand, which leaks a little bit onto the floor. But with the pandemic and gyms closing, these were the only ones I could get my hands on. I appreciate that theyâre adjustable do I can do many exercises with them. They took over a month to arrive as they were out of stock, but that was still earlier than the original projected delivery date. Over all, I am pleased with my purchase, but even happier gyms will be reopening in 3 days. I will continue to use these for at home workouts.

Filled with sand

The barbells are plastic and are not strong enough to support the weights. One of the barbells cracked after adding the 7.5 lb plates. The weights also arrived covered in a white powdery substance.
